I had purchased Aqua sure double storage extra water purifier on 31st july. Within 45 days the cattridge started leaking white material. Immediately i had given complaint to the dealer. but no response from them. 3 to 4 times i met the dealer personally. At last they have sent one person and he has seen the problem. now they are telling that i have to pay money for the repair of that even though it is having warranty

Typically, you have the first 30 days to exchange a new purchase. I would pursue that avenue. If you bought it online, it's probably freight related. Try to file a claim..

I am sure that there is some official rice water ratio, but my method works for me.

1. Rinse the rice until no more "white" comes off of it and the water runs clear.

2. Let sit for one hour in water.

3. Drain water.

4. Add water to 1" over the top of rice and start in cooker.

5. Add 1 cup of water per day until rice is used up.

As you know friend, some water when it is boiled it really taste bad so I suggest use a water purifier to filter other out dirt, dust, other particles in a water street supply. Sure when you drink the water (not boiled) it doesn't taste bad, that's normal because we can't distinguish it easily. Also try to clean your kettle using baking soda it will eliminate tainted taste.

Check the drain hose where extra water would drain. Possibly plugged or blocked..

I have both sides of my 1 year old water cooler leaking, model W074DRF11BQD. (from Zellers) I have hardwood floors and I would rather throw this unit away than risk water damage. If anyone is reading this and thinking of purchasing one of these Bellagio water coolers, spend your money elsewhere - THEY LEAK!. My husband is very handy and has just spent 2 hours on it with NO success. The parts are defective - this unit is NOT full of complex working parts. One plastic part causes pressure on the valve and causes a leak(s). After light usage and nothing damaging it, 8 months old one side went and the other side has been leaking for a couple of days and we are just coming up to a year. If anyone else had this problem and fixed it, I would love to hear the solution.

You are on FIXYA we cannot send people out to install your water purifier. This has to be done by the supplier you bought it from Alternatively look in the phone book under water purifiers and engage an indepenedent installer to do it for you.

HI, the sound you herd was the noise filter and running diode. these important components have failed at this point. you will need to replace these components asap, if possible. this will fix your issue.

The Magnetron Cut-off fuse will need to be replace as well. this will blow if there is a malfunction within the unit.

Usually you must purchase the warranty within some specified time of the purchase, such as one week.

But your best bet is to contact the dealer where you purchased the unit. If they are able, they will be eager to sell you an extended warranty.
