My Visual Land V-Motion Pro MP4 Player is frozen and wont even turn off.

hi mine freezes too when i try to open my photos on the walkman. but mine did work using the reset button, you might want to return it if you have receipt, if not you still got 1 year warranty with sony.you can also try connecting the player to the computer to see if it turns on and charges. thanx

1. plug it into the computer
2. go to the windows media player that is on your computer
3. go to sync.
4. there will be a bar on the right that will have the name of your devise
5. drag the music from your library to the bar that was spoken of in step 4
6. once you have the music you want, click on the "start sync" button
7. allow it to syncronize, and there you have it!
