The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

I would like to burn pictures to a disc off my v3 phone

1st, you'll have to transfer your pictures from your phone to your computer. If your pictures are on a memory card, take your memory card out, put it in the adapter that came with it and put it in the slot on the side of the computer. Some options will pop up and you'll want to "save these pictures to a folder". Save them in the location of "My pictures" and name them something you'll remember. After that, put your cd in your computer and you can save them onto a cd!

I WANT TO PUT SOME PICTURES ON MY COMPUTER ON A CD

Insert a CD-R, open it from My Computer, and drag your pictures onto it. If your computer has a CD burner, then you select File/Write these Files. If it doesn't have a CD burner, then you won't be able to.

Lost cord..

You can put the memory card in and copy all the pictures to it. Take the memory card out and you can put it into the SD port on your computer if you have one. If not maybe someone you know has a computer that has one and you could just put them on their computer and just send them to your email.
