My sole f63 treadmill shows an elevation error and the treadmill will not elevate

I finally got back to my treadmill. I raised the deck and lubricated the tread. Then started it up and it went to ground as it should. Then ran calibration and it appears to be working again. No idea why raising the deck caused the machine to be able to go down again. Now I have to reset the speed sensor as I have it a little too close and it ticks occasionally while jogging.

There are a few things you may need to check. You already tried calibration. Next thing I would do is check the sensor wire from the incline to the controller. Make sure its properly plugged into the controller. The controller can also be an issue. If someone was tampering with the unit, the sensor wire could be plugged into the wrong connector as there is another connector that will fit. 1) Run the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting and fix it.
2) lube the gear and shift from elevation motor
3) adjust pot from elevation motor
4) tight the wires connector
5) Test the elevation motor for defective, measure the input voltage see my personal TIPS.

Dear Sir:
1) Lube the deck belt very well, as your instruction manual indicate for maintenance.
2) Try to Run software calibration after you fix it. For easy diagnose and troubleshooting.
3) The elevation motor can be faulty for lack of maintenance too, again Run the software calibration.

Test the flexible cable from keypanel vs display board and tigh the connector from display board vs main controll motor board. Test the relais if there are. Test for open and close, and clean the contact with spray for clean contact. Watch the videos. Finally the display board can be faulty b) main motor board too faulty.
