IMPORTANT: You need to DEREGISTER the new handset by using one of the OLD ACTIVE handsets. Note the handset number (1, 2, 3, or??) on the new phone - it is on the screen. Then go through the deregistration process described in the manual using one of the working handsets. At the last step it will ask you to input the number of the handset to be deregistered. After you type that number in, the new handset will be ready to accept registeration to your handset. Now go through that procedure using the NEW handset and it will work.

After verifying that the base unit is powered up, re-register the handset to the base which can be found on page 39 of the manual. Use tis link to get manual http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/support/Phones-Fax/Telephones/Expandable-Systems/Operating-Instructions/model.KX-TG6051M.O#ts

My panasonic kx-tg4321bx didn't give connectivity response rather than it gives a message "No link to base. Move closer to base, try again"

Well, you could move closer to the base, or try this: RE REGISTER the HANDSET. That works every time when our cordless goes stupid.

No link to base move closer to base

Your getting this message because the radio portion of the handset or/and base is not communicating with each other. This can be temporary or fatal. You can try re-registering the handset(s) to the base by following the directions in the manual, its fairly easy to do for any model. If that does not work, and you have more than one handset not working with this problem, then it sounds as if your base needs repair or replacing.
