You can get them from Need A Part. They are an online shop, but they have a phone number as well. I think this is the seal you want:

I bought a brew head seal from needapart for my Cafe Roma and it's no good. My original seal was brilliant and I could run really fine grinds without the seal letting go. I used to use an alternative non-pressurised basket too. Now, with the needapart seal, I can't use the unpressurised basket (just won't seal) and even the original baskets cause the seal to blow out. I contacted them and they said that those seals are the correct official seals, but they are miles apart from the original. They also wouldn't take the seal back, even though I explained the situation. My Cafe Roma is now pretty much unusable, I'm going to try and find a better replacement or buy a new machine!!

I own a Breville 800ESXLespresso machine which i already decalcified, that leaks from brew head and handle moves while brewing

If you've had the machine for a while, your brew head seal (gasket) is probably damaged or shrunken from age/heat and needs to be replaced. That's most likely why the filter holder moves and leaks while brewing. Breville brew head seals are rather difficult to locate, but I personally stock them and sell them at a reasonable cost. I sell lots of new and used parts for various coffee machines, but specialize in Krups. If interested in purchasing a Breville brew head seal, contact me at [email protected] and I'll make arrangements. I accept Paypal to make the transaction safe and secure for us both.

I have a BR1 Bread Maker and I require a new seal

Hi,
The individual seals are not available. You will have to try and find a new bread pan. Try ebay.

They are H.W.I New Zealand ph 09 271 3980 . I hope this number will help others needing Breville manuals. you just need to be able to give make and model numbers.

Breville ESP8XL Espresso Machine Cafe Roma leaking.. help please..

We had that happen and it was a crack in the black ring that holds the filter. Breville could not supply us with one but we found an OEM part in aluminum from http://www.vancouverwireedm.com/caferomadiyt.htm. We received it 1 week after ordering. It was pretty easy to replace. Our machine works fine now.

Breville espresso machine 800 ES

I have the same problem. It appears to be caused by a worn steam wand gasket that's inside the steam wand assembly which can be unscrewed from the Breville machine. This was confirmed by the folks at Breville. They referred me to www.thegourmetdepotco.com. That website does not sell the steam wand gasket separately. They sell "Frother Assembly MOdel #800ESXL-250" for $14.95. With tax ($1.42) and shipping via USPS ($5.65), the total is $22.02. A very high price for the failure of a simple plastic washer, but it beats buying a new machine!
