Got the Natures Touch Cradle Swing, and its swings way to fast and hard on the first setting (rocks even faster and harder on the others, music won't work, mobile is always on, I need a manual as well or some trouble shooting tips that exceed wiggling the legs etc. also what does the reset button reset? I don't think it works either, to scared to put my kid in it although I messed with it myself (warranty long gone, I'm a do-it-yourself-er) do I just swap the green module at the top and where can I get one?

try looking at the stand that holds the swing, when you put it together maybe you missed some cords that would only connect together that do not plug into the wall.

4 "D" cell batteries are located in a compartment in the swing motor housing. This is the unit at the top of the triangular swing assembly.

I have a Fisher Price Natures Wonder cradle swing. It quit working (will not swing).

If you have a bigger baby, the weight can affect how much the swing can move.
