try looking at the stand that holds the swing, when you put it together maybe you missed some cords that would only connect together that do not plug into the wall.

I have a Fisher Price Natures Wonder cradle swing. It quit working (will not swing).

It could be the brand of batteries. I had one that wouldn't work unless it was name brand batteries such as Energizer. Check the brand and make sure they are installed correctly.

try new batteries, it sounds like the motor is trying to turn the mechanism, but doesn't have enough power.

These stuff toys on the mobile are not an available replacement part from Mattel.

They are available on eBay from a few different sellers though.
