What do I need to do down load my pictures on my Motarola V-3 to my laptop?

The easiest way to get pictures from your phone to your computer is to e-mail them to yourself. Find the picture on your phone, and send the picture to your e-mail just as you would send it to another person's phone. Then, check your e-mail, and download the picture.

When I send pictures...the recipient receives very small pics

this is a common problem. its due to what phone you and the recipient has. if the recipient has a better phone than yours then the screen is better, the photo that you send is only really supposed for the resolution of your screen. my advice would be 2 put the pictures on your computer and send them through email.
hope this helps
