Hello, I have a problem with yahoo messenger, Everytime that I close my pc and I am reopening it,my yahoo messenger is disapeared.So I already did put off my protection but even that doesn't give me a solution.I have a yahoo ID.So if you know a way to avoid this problem in the future I would be very happy. You did read the instructions when you closed it. When you close an account - they delete it. It will be gone. vaporized - zip - nada - empty.

try with out webcam, ask to update the latest yahoo massenger. you both should have latest messenger. Update there webcam driver. hope it helps

I am afraid that your Yahoo Messenger is not supported anymore and that maybe the cause of frequent crashes.

You need to optimize your browser and delete cookies.
Open Internet explorer go to tools then Internet option. Delete everything like histor, temp internet files, cookies. Go to advanced tab and click on restore defaults. Close Inter explorer and then close, logout and reopen yahoo messenger, Login again again to yahoo messenger and then click on Mail icon.

The application is corrupted. Completely uninstall yahoo messenger from Control Panel - Programs and Features. Then reinstall it from http://messenger.yahoo.com/download/

try and close the program completely by holding Ctrl+Alt and press delete and then click start task manager and close what ever it is u need to close and reopen it

I suspected your yahoo messenger is not properly installed.

The first thing that you need to do is "uninstall" the current yahoo messenger you're using. (to uninsatll go to control panel, click yahoo messenger, click uninstall)

After uninstalling dowlonad the latest version of yahoo messenger.
