If your phone is constantly restarting one thing you should do is to take out the battery from the phone and leave it out for about a minute or so then put it back in. If this doesn't work, if your phone has a SIM card, (the card your cell phone provider usually gives you) then take that out along with the battery and put it back in after 5 minutes. But first you should try taking out the battery.

The Vodafone SIM card will only work on the Vodafone mobile network. If you want to use different mobile provider then you need to purchase a new SIM card from that mobile provider.
If you intend to use your old mobile phone that was connected to Vodafone, then if this mobile phone is locked to Vodafone, then the new SIM card from a different mobile provider will not work in the old mobile phone unless it has been unlocked to allow you to use any SIM card/mobile provider.

alternative way is by code lg themselves.

sounds like its either one of 2 things:

1. the sim card is locked. (you'll need to call your service provider & get them to give you the puk code to unlock it)

2. the sim card has crashed (go to your wireless provider & get them to provide you with a new sim card)

Unregistered SIM usually indicates the SIM card you are using has not been activated. Call your provider to ensure the SIM card number you are using is the same one they have in their systems.
