It is either that the charging port is faulty or the charger is .
All you need is to, visit an accessory shop, or nokia shop, request for a charger to see if problem persists, of it does, then you will know that the charging port is bad. Complain to them and it will be replaced with another part.

Try to unmute your mic or try connecting your headset and try speaking. If both failed then its a software issue

If headset worked then its an hardware issue

Hi the 7100 is not on this site but i suggesst you try the 7110 or above and you should get the codeyou need

To get the IMEI: press *#06# on your keypad and a 15 digit code will appear on your screen. Type this in the relevant box and follow the instructions.
