Take another video and see if you are prompted to choose a name for it. Name it something unique, like SantaClaus. Then search your computer for SantaClaus. This will show you the default folder
When it says it's NOT SUPPORTED, it means that your phone cannot support or recognize the video you took. most likely it takes in .3g2, which is a phone video type. your phone obviously has a big problem... you should take it to someone to get it fixed, and if they can't fix it, exchange it for a new one.
