Hi hopp34, the air filter is on the carb, the furl filter is in the tank, with a small wire bent with a u on the end you can fish it out. Hope this helps ya.

It depends on the model you have. Most have a large "nut" that will tighten down on the ball swivel. It should have finger grips. Tighten that nut some (clockwise) and it should get much stiffer.

Have you checked to see if the hose was put on backward? Some hoses have backflow preventers on them and it wont work if they are on backward.

blow air through the part that attaches to the bracket and see if there is any air coming out if not you probably have a clog in the tube or the head.
