I cant wacth net flix they say i need a down load from microsoft and my browser is out of date

Net flix is not working. What can I do?
Pretty general question, but I'll try to help.

Check that your username and password are correct.

Make sure your payments are up to date.

Make sure your version of Silverlight is up to date.http://www.microsoft.com/silverlight/

Make sure there's just one Netflix window or tab open.

Make sure you don't excede the number of simultaneous users aavailable for your contract.

What you need to know is the encryption key used on the Wi Fi
If you do not know it it might be on the case of the Wi Fi access point device.
