51130This is a General Troubleshooting error code and does not have any one specific cause. You'll need to try the following steps to try to solve the problem.
1. Your wireless router sends out an internet signal using a specific "channel" (much like a radio broadcasts over the airwaves). You can change the "channel" that your wireless router uses to broadcast the internet signal manually. Nintendo suggests setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11, as these are supposed to be the fastest channels for download speed. The Nintendo website has a guide that shows you how to change the channel on your wireless router.
2. In addition to the broadcasting channel, there is also a broadcast setting. This can be set to either "G", "B", or "Mixed." Nintendo suggests that the "Mixed" setting gives the best network connection, but you might need to try all three settings to get the best network connection.
3. Home appliances and other devices that are near to your console, like microwaves and cordless phones, might cause interference with your wireless network connection, so try turning these off. Other wireless devices like keyboards and computer mice can also interfere with your network connection.
Error code 209826. Is this with a Wii? Error code references "Problem connecting to the Wii Shop channel. Either a problem with the router or the Wii Shop may be temporarily
down. Try again later."
I recommend turning off the Wii completely. Check the wireless router and unplug the router, but do not disconnect the cable. Keep powered off for 5 minutes. Plug router back in, let all the lights power up and then turn the Wii on and attempt to connect again. Should the issue continue, you may need to go through the Wii network set up and verify that it is communicating with the router.
Error Code: 204038
The Wii console was unable to connect to the Wii Shop Channel.
Check for wireless interference, which can affect the signal strength to the Wii console. To help minimize wireless interference, try the following:
Make sure other wireless devices such as cordless phones or wireless speakers are turned off, and that the Wii console is an open area without objects or electronics blocking the signal. (For instance, if the Wii is placed in a crowded entertainment center, try moving the Wii somewhere with more room.)
Change your router's channel setting to 1 or 11. By default, most routers broadcast on channel 6, which overlaps with other channels and may be weaker. For help doing this, click here and select your router brand and model (if available). The information you need is found in the "Broadcast Channel:" area.
There could be a temporary network issue with Nintendo's servers. Please wait a few hours and try to access the Internet Channel again.
If the above steps did not resolve your issue, please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
Go into the Wii Menu (Wii icon on the main menu screen.
Select "Wii Settings," then "Internet," and "Connection Settings."
Erase your existing Internet Connection Settings and set up a new connection. (Click here for help)
Once you have established and tested a successful connection test, try the connection to the Wii Shop again.
If you have verified that your Wii console's internet connection is working, then there could be a temporary issue with the Wii Shop Channel. Please wait awhile and your connection again.

Error codes within that range usually refer to a communication problem with Nintendo's network.
:1: Make sure your Wii has an internet connection, you can test this using the shopping channel, internet channel or by sending a Wii-mail to a freand.
::2: Go in to the setting panel and run a firmware (system) update to ensure you have the latest firmware.
:::3: Try again at a less busy time of day, 15:00 on a week day is usually quiet.
If you still have problems after a firmware (system) update message back.
