I used a tool for NSF to PST conversion and it works good for me. The software allows me to migrate multiple Lotus Notes database to Microsoft Outlook 2016 by converting all my .nsf files to .pst extension. I am very glad to say that the tool saves my lot of important e-mails from destroying. https://www.datavare.com/software/nsf-to-pst-converter-expert.html

Hello,
The fastest way to create a Note, regardless of where you are in Outlook, is by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N. To access the notes folder (create/delete) look on the bottom left corner of a default outlook windows. you will see an icon like a yellow paper sheet with lift corner, click there.
Hope this helped.

Microsoft office outlook has stopped working

Create a new profile for yourself in MS Outlook and configure your e-mail account in it. Hopefully this should resolve the problem.
_____________________________________________________________________________

Are you using any personal folders (.pst) in Outlook?

If the asnwer is yes; then were these personal folders created in Outlook 2003 or some earlier version of Outlook? In any case, if the older type personal folders are large in size, these can cause Outlook 2003 to stop responding or freezing.

Close MS Outlook; right click on the MS Outlook icon showing in the startup programs bar and choose properties; choose 'Show Profiles'; choose copy profile and then choose this new profile in the 'Always use this profile' option.

MS Outlook should now hopefully work fine.

Update to MS Outlook 2003 causes Hotsync error

delete local user name in desperation, after removing the user name from the handheld and still not getting any results or ANY syncs, I launched Chapura Settings from My Desktop, deleted my user name, re-created my same user name, same spelling, and then everything worked first time every time. I have the latest Pocket Mirror PMStdUpdate3171.exe loaded on top of what came on the installation CD. to sum up, I deleted the user name from both handheld and PC and recreated it only on the PC, then sync'd with outlook 2003 without even a reboot. good luck
