My K610i won't turn on. Red light flashes appear

this is a board problem probably warped board it is to expensive to repair unless you can get second hand phone

I found a solution for the same problem. I thought the phone was broken because it was not turning on <nd there was the red light. Then I followed the directions reported on the SonyEricsson website and they said to charge it, even if nothing happens. That is because the chargin process will show up after at least half hour of chargine. Wait 3 hours, and then mine (incredibly) was working! Hope it helps all, Raffa

That indicates a problem with the battery.Try a reset first.

Connect the phone to the power adapter and then press and hold the power button for more then 1 min.If it still doesn't turn on then remove the battery and sim from the back and then insert the sim back again and hold the power key for more then a min.Make sure you don't insert the battery now.Let me know the result.
