If thats the case then your phone is locked for a particular network and globe is not one of them, you can try to use valid sim for your phone. Either try smart or sun cellular. Another solution is to unlock the phone by a qualified technician.
Try with another sim card, clean the sim connector of your phone, reset you phone to Factory Setting (default) using 12345. If you can open it, clean the mobile thoroughly using iPhone solution.
