Hello, I cannot get my incanto sirius to ventilate and in turn no hot water or steam. Also my digital display all works for the exception of the menu button which controls the machine....could this be the reason my machine wont ventilate? thank you

Having read the other reviews here, I was prepared for the cryptic "VENTILATE" message. (The manual refers to this procedure as "Loading the circuit", which doesn't help to clarify things.) Of course this refers to what Americans would call "priming" the machine. As mentioned in another review, there is a plastic hand pump supplied for priming, but that is only needed in the event that the electric pump fails to self-prime. All I had to do (following the quick-start instructions) was to select the Hot Water function; the internal pump quickly primed itself. i hope this helps Lee Davidian
i had this problem too once. its also could be because you have put hot water in the water tank....i had a family member do that and thats what it said....run cold water through wand and see what happens...
Try this push in steam knob when it calls for ventilate, especially if you are steaming or drawing hot water, if that works the the steam valve or the tap rod needs to be replaced.
Do you get coffee? If it is just no water/steam, could be a blockge in the steam wand, or blockage in water lines. First test easy one - the steam wand. If the steam wand is o.k- then check for blockages in water lines/components ( pump, boiler, steam boiler). If you do not feel confortable with testing all the untis where water flows, contact
