in the on,there is there just like hut just down the menu on the screen (first figure) press this figure by pen,then your menu open then go setting and do dual sim setting. your sigmatel s4 will turnoff from flight mode,
with out sim *#3646633# you wil get eng menu option 5 misc option 6 assert testing now menu will open u select dual mode
it will work confirm
otherwise you format your phone
