Google tias.com, relics and a copy your manual is $12. They have almost all of the old machine manuals. Good luck

Why did you only give me 2 thumbs up? Are you unhappy that it wasn't free? I can't help that, I thought you would be happy to get the obscure manual. Oh well, I guess I can't please everyone.

You can access a manual for free at “ Thompson PW-301 (01) PSF manual” I have an original manual and it is not too great. It is not very detailed at all. I wouldn’t pay for one.

How to use thread a Thompson mini walking foot 400

To thread a Thompson mini walking foot 400 sewing machine, follow these steps:
  1. First, make sure that the machine is unplugged and that the presser foot is in the raised position.
  2. Take the thread that you want to use and pass it through the thread guide at the top of the machine.
  3. Bring the thread down to the bobbin winder, and pass it through the tension disc.
  4. Place the bobbin onto the bobbin winder, and hold the end of the thread as you wind the bobbin.
  5. When the bobbin is wound, cut the thread and remove the bobbin from the winder.
  6. Hold the bobbin with the thread facing towards the back of the machine, and insert it into the bobbin case.
  7. Pull the thread through the slot in the bobbin case and bring it up to the top of the machine.
  8. Pass the thread through the thread guide on the take-up lever, and then through the thread guide on the needle bar.
  9. Lower the presser foot, and you are ready to start sewing!
Note: If you are having difficulty threading the machine, refer to the owner's manual for more detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips.
