Usually you can copy wiring from other element. Safest to consult wiring diagram found inside control panel.

There will be a brass plug in the line where the gas comes out with a hex head and a small hole in it. You need to install a new plug with a smaller hole for lpg.

you cant repair the glass but you can get the ceramic glass as a spare part. you will need the exact model number to get the correct part once done your hob looks brand new. if cracked through one of the zones you could chack there is no damage to element or themal cutout running across the centre of the element before proceeding.

Bad control or infinite switch. replace the switch for that element and you will be good to go.

these elements merely unplug when you lift up the one side of the element,then just easily rock back and forth till it unplugs from the stove top

Check the wiring first, but it is usually the element. When they burn out t hey usually short to ground.
