Looking at new freezer, what is the difference between Turbo air TSF-23sdr and TSF-23nm? product specs would not download. thks

Do you mean the MSF-23NM and the TSF-23SD? If so, you can find the information for them here:

Basically, the difference between the two is that the MSF-23NM runs on more amps and is a new "maximum" series that Turbo Air came out with.

If everything else is in proper working order, either a refrigerant level issue or and expansion device issue. If system constantly runs the previous, if not, possible temperature control. Look for system cycling or not cycling.

My turbo air freezer iced in coil i unplug over night and i plug back and work normal about 3 to 4 day and then iced in coil again
Defrost element has had it or timer will not shut unit off, check both, if both ok, check thermo fuse.

Is the Tubo Air TSF-49 a manual defrost and if so; can it be converted to auto defrost control?
it is automatic. If it is not going into the defrost mode, the defrost timer may not be working.

Freeze will not run doors heat nothing else
That is known as a puffed capacitor and usually indicates a power supply problem as well. The cap can be changed with a 50/50% chance to work again unless it took out other components.
