When using phone, loudspeaker works fine but cannot hear in handset mode.

It sounds like your earpiece (which uses a different speaker) is no longer working.
You can try power cycling the phone- Turn it off, take out the battery, put it back in and turn it on again.
You can also try to restore the phone to factory settings. This is different depending on which handset you're using.
If neither of these options work, you will probably need to have your phone repaired.

I think the hear piece of your phone is bad. You need to replace it and sometimes the fault could be from the board of the phone.

The other Person's speach you can't hear ,the problem is due to the mike in your phone,for example check it by switching on the Loudspeaker u will be able to hear.So kindly change the Mike in your mobile so you can resolve this problem

YOu know,its all right with ur phone,but the headset may not be supported by the phone,i mean its enhancement cant support the headset model. change it and it might work.

When u are hearing the Radio or Music Player in your mobile by using the headset its clear but when u are using thro' loudspeaker its not clear because of below reason,


1.There may be problem in the Speaker(LoudSpeaker).The Solution is u may change your speaker by giving to the Service Center.

Have you changed the fasica? if so you may have disposed of the speaker as it sits in the old fasica
where the grill is

do you have ab luetooth headset connected?
if so try closing the connection..
