Batteries are dead can't open safe

We went on vacation and when we got back we could not open our safe as the battery was dean and now we are stuck.How can we get it open ? It won't open weith dead batteries

    We've replaced the batteries (with known good ones) and there still aren't any indicator lights - the door still won't open with combo

I had the same problem. We finally located where the batteries were hidden. They were below the keypad, There is a silver, plastic cover that slides to the right to expose the 4 AA batteries. Hope this helps you.

We have an older Baker Safe (batteries are inside the safe). Rick put the key in - turned it 1/4 turn and then pulled it out. The safe then popped open.
