I am trying to put songs on using ITunes Drag and drop. I have a Mac OSX version 10.5.4. The mp3 player icon shows up on the desktop.  I drag and drop onto the icon but the player says there are no songs on it.  If I double click on the mp3 player icon it shows some songs in the box that pops up.  How do I get the songs on the mp3 player?

Help ineed account for my Ipod please help

Step 1:
an itunes account ?
b> An iPod is a portable media player that lets users listen to music wherever they are. Before you can listen to songs on the iPod, you must first put music onto the device. If you have been using different MP3 players in the past, adding music to an iPod can be slightly confusing. The reason for this is that iPods are not compatible with Windows Media Player, Real Player or Winamp. By using iTunes, however, you can add music to any iPod.

• Open iTunes. • 2 Add music to iTunes. To do this, click "File." Choose "Add Folder to Library." Then, find the folder on your computer that holds the music you wish to put onto the iPod. Highlight that folder and click "OK." The music will be put into the iTunes Library. • • 3 Plug the iPod into the computer. After a few seconds, you will see the iPod listed under "Devices" on the left-hand side of iTunes. • 4 Click "Music" under the "Library" option on the left-hand side of iTunes. All of the music files in the iTunes Library will then be shown in the middle of iTunes. • 5 Double-click the album that contains the music you want to put onto the iPod. The songs on that album will then be listed. • 6 Highlight the song you want to add to the iPod. • 7 Drag that file over to the name of your iPod located under "Devices" (as mentioned in Step 3). The song will then be placed onto the iPod. Do this for all of the music you want to put onto the iPod. • 8 Click the "All Albums" button at the top of iTunes to get back to the list of albums on the iTunes Library. • 9 Repeat Steps 5-7 until you are done putting music on the iPod. • 10 Disconnect the player when you are done.

Add the files in the folder music. but when want play there isn`t files

HI,
It is possible that the problem is it is either you are putting the song in an incorrect folder or your are suppose to use a program to sync music in the MP3 player for it to detect the audio or songs properly.
just like iTunes on an iPod if iTunes is not used then the audio can be put in the folder of the MP3 player/iPod but will not be detected when the MP3 player is used to play the song/music, Same goes for you Samsung MP3 Player I suggest you check for an application or program that you may need to use in order to get the Audio/Song/Music detect when putting them in the Samsung MP3 Player.
I hope this helps.
Have a nice day,

Why can't I get itunes music onto this thing

You have to drag and drop songs from your itunes library. It also helps to place the music in different folders. When you plug the player into your computer, it should ask if you want to open the files on the player. Do this, then select to make a new folder. Open the folder, (there should be nothing in it.) Then drag the songs from your itunes library to the open folder of the player. When finished dragging songs, make sure to close the folder on the player, then to safely eject it from the computer. All songs purchased from itunes are in AAC format. You will need to convert the songs to mp3 format before dragging them to the player.
Hope this helps. This is how I get songs onto my mp3 player. Itunes is so much easier the windows media player.

I put songs on my mp3 player and only five show up? is it ok to use i tunes

well i would advice not to use itunes to upload music onto your player unless its an ipod

have you tried manually putting the music files in the player
(my computer, clicking on device and dragging music files)

or maybe there is a specific folder in which you must put your music
just do a search on your computer and the files that work put your music in that folder

hope it helps, dont forget to vote

How to convert music from itunes to your mp3 player??

You cannot use Itunes for anything except an Ipod device. And any files you get from the Itunes or Rhapsody for example are copy protected and require specific software to copy to an MP3 player.

If your songs are in MP3 format (not downloaded from Itunes or another subscription site) then you can set your Sansa to "MSC" mode which makes it act like a flash drive. Then you can just drag files to the "MUSIC" folder on the sansa.

If this is on an Apple computer things are different - if you are let us know.

Cant transfer limewire music from my computer to my mp3

The Limewire music is located in your My Computer> C:>Documents & Settings Folder>Administrators Documents (your name)>Shared Folder. You can manually drag these files from this folder onto your device, located under My Computer>Device Name (there may or may not be a music folder, you should put it in there if there is). Once you drag & drop the files, you should safely disconnect your device, then you are done. Best of Luck.
