The simple way is to take a oil pan and lift the tiller with the plug removed and drain it out while holding over the pan. Dispose of oil properly. I have an older model that does not have an oil drain plug.

Have a Honda FG110 - today I found a large puddle of "clean" oil under it! does not appear to be engine oil .. gear case maybe?

Look at the shaft seals on the output shaft where the tines are attached. If it's wet then the oil came from the gear box.

Is the gas 3 months old? Was it stored outside open to air? If yes to either put in some HEAT additive.

My honda tiller fg110 do not starts, before it had a lot of smoke

First make sure the fuel is fresh. If it has been in the tiller or the fuel can for a while get rid of it and go buy new fuel. If it is a 4 cycle make sure there is no oil mixed with the fuel. Give this a try and let me know. Wed can go on from there.
