When i plugged my cooker in the numbers started flashing all zeros and now none of the buttons will change the screen except the cancel button. When that's pressed the screen goes blank for a second it does two beeps and then the flashing zeros pop back up

press and hold cancel button then display will change.
Left digit (1,2) is language number
Right digit (1,2,3,4) is volume number

Turn the printer is the printer on. And remove the USB printer cable from your computer ..
While the printer is off, press and hold the Start / Stop in the canon of some other models of printers, press the Resume / Cancel.
While holding Start / Stop or Resume / Cancel button, press and hold the POWER button.
When the Power LED (green) lit, release the Start / Stop / resume / cancel button (without releasing the button).
Without releasing the power button, press Start or resume the Stop button or cancel button twice, then release the POWER button. Wait until the printer LCD display 0 (zero) the number of

If, after you plug the slow cooker into the outlet, the COOK TIME button does not work, unplug the cooker, hold both ON/OFF and COOK TIME buttons down, plug into wall socket and wait till the display flashes. Release both buttons and the slow cooker buttons should both work.

Push the COOK TIME button, if the time changes then if you leave the number of hours between 1 and 6, and press the ON/OFF button, it will cook on high that many hours. If you leave the number between 7 and 10, and press the ON/OFF button, it will cook on low that many hours. If you leave the number at "0" then the slow cooker will cook on WARM. If the COOK TIME button does not work, unplug the slow cooker, hold both the ON/OFF button and the COOK TIME buttons down and plug it into a wall socket. After the lights flash a few times, release the buttons. the switches should work.

Press the FOLDER button to choose a folder. Press the FF or REW button to
choose the file you want to erase. Press the ERASE button. “CANCEL” is flashing.Press the down arrow button to choose the
“START”.
“START” is flashing. When the up arrow button
is pressed, it will return to the flashing display of Cancel.

Press the MENU/SET button
while “START” flashing.
The display changes to “FILE ERASE!” and erasing will start.

“ERASE DONE” is displayed when the file
is erased. File numbers will be reassigned automatically.

I had the same flashing light problem first the normal wash flashing light then the others. I tried shuting of the breakers but nothing. I tried resetting the panel by pushing normal wash and heated dry simultaneously and nothing. So I took the six screws holding the front panel out and unplugged the ribbon type wires and plug and unplugged it several times to help make a better contact and I was able to get it to work right away. This may not work for all but I worked for me. It is very easy to do and it's worth a try if you're having the same problem. It took me less then 10 minutes.
