As for the Digital frequencies. You will need to replace your scanner with a digital scanner like the Uniden BCD 396 XT or a GRE series scanner in order to listen to the digital channels. you can find out more information at http://www.radioreference.com

You will probably have to use a '3rd party' SOFTWARE package. Mr. Donn Starr has written software for most of the GRE / Radio Shack scanners, and using his software will usually allow you to enter 700MHz frequencies. You will need the USB Scanner programming cable and software from Radio Shack, then search online for a link to get Don Starr's software. You might be able to try it out for free for a little while, but it is really worth the $30 for how easy it makes it to program your scanner once you get the doggone Radio Shack USB scanner programming cable configured to work with your computer. Let me know if you have more questions.

This message usually means that the scanner has been cleared of all programming. Press the MANUAL key repeatedly to review channels. If 000.0000 shows, it means that you need to program the unit.

You need police scanner programming software and a cable before your computer will talk to your scanner.
Do a google or yahoo search for police scanner software. About $25 and a cable from radioshack for about the same. The disk that comes with the cable will only let your computer recognize the cable not program the scanner.
Good luck. Waste of money in my opinion but it may be easier then manual programming the radio.

Do a google or yahoo search for gre america store. They may have the part you are looking for. If not they may be able to tell you where you can get the part. I know they carry parts for the pro 95 96 and 97.

Have you found out how to do the programming yet? What exactly do you not know how to do? Do you have frequencies? I might be able to tell you if I knew what exactly the problem is.

Do a google search for GRE america store. They have parts for your radio. Their GRE 295 is the same (different in name only) as your pro 95. I think they are in Belmont shores here in the Los Angeles area.
