Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
to change the date enter #101
the display will say "system date" and the current data
enter in the date in MMDDYY format
press feature "00" to logout

First, you have to have batteries in the phone in order to view the LCD screen without the headset lifted. Push "SET" then plus sign (+) on the key pad; the last two digits of the year will flash, press the "UP"or "DOWN" putton on the phone to get to the correct year then push "SET" again. The phone will then move to set the month (M); repeat the same functions for the month. Each time you push "SET" it will move to the next item to be set (i.e. day (D), hour, minute, etc.). All other features can be set the same way. *** NOTE: Pushing "SET" switch through the features; 1 = DATE, 2 = ACODE, 3 = FLASH, 4 = LCD, 5 = ALARM, 6 = P-7 (TONE/PULSE), 7 = IPP, 8 = SPEECH. I how this helps.
