I have an RCA Executive Series Model # 25413RE3-A and can't find the manual. We recently had phone trouble and the phone company fixed our phone, but our Intercom feature no longer works. Could you tell me how to set it up?

The RCA 25413 phone does not have caller ID capability. I have included a link where you can download the manual. On page 16 of the manual it says in a note that caller ID does not apply to the 25413 model phone.

I was having the same problem...no caller ID. Then I looked up the phone on the RCA site:

Turns out there is no called ID on this model =(

make sure your wiring that connects lines from dmarc into the unit is consistant. Line1 must be line1 on all phones, line2 must be line2 etc.
After line appearance verified follow instructions in the manual and everything should work. If it doesnt contact manufacturer for assistance

if rca can't help. it's time to buy someone elses.
