If the watch has a crown on the side to set it you should be able to pull it out & turn it to set the hands. It the watch is not running it may need to have the capacitor replaced. Which would have to be taken to a watch repair person.

One must adjust for the correct month to sink the perpetual function. thI am looking for.is is done by pulling the stop half way out then holding in the top button and turning the knob clock-wise. This will move the dial on the chronograph. Depending on month you set it to 1,2, or 3. Sorry I do not remember which is which, which is what
