My camera takes about eight pictures when i pres the button to take one why

You have a formatted memory card in? Camera requires one.

this is either the Burst mode or the Burst-2 mode, here is how to disable it.


click on the Mode Selector

then using the up and down arrow, look for an option that says "Normal" this is on page 55 and 56 of the manual

if the issue still persists, just locate the RESET BUTTON near the USB port then pres sit for 3 secons, and all your settings will be back to normal / factory default settings.

Most digital cameras will show up as an extra drive letter in Windows My Computer icon, and it might also show the name of the camera or even Kodak.
If you double click on that drive then you should see you pictures there, that would then allow you to drag and drop them from the drive to say your Windows desktop icon screen or any other folder which your' trying to place them in.

Press this button until it shows you 10s or 5s or what ever are the options for this cammera, then pres shutter button and after time (you previusly set) it will take picture.

Turn the flash on. Find the button with (lightning) and pres it until it says flash on.

Pres the "+" button once, look for Shooting modes. You will have the following options:

• Single shot (S)
• Multiple shots
• Timer
• Remote control
• Remote control 2s

With Remote control, the camera will take a picture when you press the remote.
With Remote control 2s, the camera will wait for 2 seconds when you press the button and after that take the picture.

dons't really know but did you try a reset?

for this problem, their is a button to the right of the ok button on your camera. when you click that button a little scale type thing will pop up and it will say exposure compersation. you can press the up and donwn buttons to make the picture your taking darker or also you can pres up to make the picture come out more bright, without using flash. It works for me, hope it works for you too.

Select a picture (pres rev button)
Then press the Del button twice.
The display gives you the option to delete all the pictures or multiple pictures.
