what this sign means or indicate is an error code indicating that there is an over flow of water in the sensor / lens reader circle.

what you are to do to fix up this problem is to unscrew then washer then clean up all form of water or any form of liquid substance around the wire connected to the panel on the screen carefully do this assignment with care and avoid disconnection on other wire connection then couple it back has it was then problem of the E3 (error)is solve.
