If the clips which hold the fuse are loose a high restistance is created and heat in generated,,is the starter moater spinning okay if not might be drawing excesive current and fuse cant take it look along those paths check main bat leads are tight
is the fuse the correct amp rating.if too low it will burn out with the load on it,,,,the switch itself may be shorting to earth drawing the heavy current, what you can try is to disconect the ignitionwire from switch, then thewire to the starter solinoid,,then switch on ,,if fuse is okay the switch is okay ,switch off put back the ignition wire,,switch on if fuse blows its the ignition circuit has the problem but if okay ,switch off, replace the starter wire and switch on and if the fuse goes it has to be starter circuit

The thing is that i'm not even touching the starter, the fuse is getting burned as soon as the key us turned into the ON position and the lights on the dash are lighten up.
Hey, thanks for all your replies. I managed to find the problem. Carbs heaters were causing the problem. If the thermal-switch that is turning on carbs heaters was on the fuse was blowing, that's why it was only happening when it's cold (below 14 degrees).
Thanks again for your replies.
