This continues to be the most commonly asked about Curious Village puzzle on FixYa (a quick search finds several pages of answers)

As the hints state, all but one square is tilted and each pin can only be used once

The hints also give you the location of three squares and tell you the size and angle of another two squares

As an extra hint, none of the three small tilted squares mentioned in the hints overlap each other (knowing this gives you the location of one more square and just two possible locations for another)

From here, the rest should be easy (with eight pins to form two squares)

Make sure to use all the pins (all squares must have a pin in each corner)

The Inventor's House (puzzles 121 to 123): Assemble the gizmo.
The Decorator's House (puzzles 124 to 126): Achieve maximum satisfaction by filling the rooms at the inn.
The Art Lover's House (puzzles 127 to 129): Complete the portrait.
The Golden Apple's House (puzzles 130 to 132): Complete the game.
The Puzzle Master's House (puzzles 133 to 135): Complete all the previous 132 puzzles.

it is a good idea to give the Puzzle No...........
Is it Puzzle No: 069....... If so .......


The answer to 069 .......... 29...............

Buy a bar of chocolate the same size you will find you have to break it up into 29 pieces to separate each square

Cant solve puzzle 100 in professor layton cant go on im desperate

first square is the only one that is straight, all the others are at an angle..
1st - top four pins on left hand side
2nd - top row 3rd pin, 3rd row 2nd pin, 4th row 3rd pin (position 4) 2nd row 5th pin
3rd - 1st row 4th pin, 3rd row 1st pin, bottom row 2nd pin, 4th row last pin
4th - 1st row last pin, 2nd row 4th pin, 3rd row 4th pin, 2nd row last pin
5th - 2nd row 3rd pin, 3rd row last pin, bottom row last pin, 5th row 2nd pin
6th - 3rd row 3rd pin, 4th row 2nd pin, 5th row 4th pin, 4th row 3rd pin
7th - 4th row 1st pin, 5th row 1st pin, last row first pin, 5th row 2nd pin.

imagine the dots as a complete grid A-F across the top and 1-6 down the side now join the dots like so A1-B1,B1-B2,B2-A2,A2-A1///C1-E2,E2-D4,D4-B3,B3-C1///D1-F4,F4-C6,C6-A3,A3-D1///
E1-F2,F2-E3,E3-D2,D2-E1///C2-F3,F3-E6,E6-B2,B5-C2///D3-E4,E4-D5,D5-C4,C4-D3///
you should have only 4 dots left to join,good luck
