I have a nokia X6 (16GB). When receiving a music track via bluetooth there appears to be no option to save or move the track to the music player only to ''Folders''. This is different from any other Nokia that I've had.
Am I missing something as saving/moving it only to a folder means you cannot send it on ?
Thank you
Actually the music files are directly on the built in memory and you need not to move or copy, even if you move it, only the folder will be changed, nothing important. If you want to add it to your music player playlist, you have to add it manually or you can run update library. Note that when you add music file to the music player, it only the name that displays on the music player, the original file is always at the original location (folder). I hope this helps. good luck.
Open the songs saved in your Inbox one by one and when it started playing, press option and then select Save - Save to Memory card or Gallery, after verifying that the song has been saved to another location, you can delete them. Good luck.
Is it possible to highlight the files before you open it? If so, Press option from there. I am sorry that i can't give you specific answer for this, honestly i am not familiar with this model. Perhaps there must be some newly added additional features or removed some. Thanks for using FixYa.

I'm not a phone techo so need a bit more help. I have a number of music tracks sent to me by bluetooth that are sitting in my "In Box" but I have no idea how to save or move them to my music player playlist.
Help ???!!!!
Phone is Nokia X6 smartphone.
When playing track and pressing option there is no option to "Save".
The only options shown are:
"Use Tone", "Help" and "Exit"..........hence my problem.
Any other suggestions ?
I very much appreciate your comments and have tried that approach too. Again there is no option to "save".
The options available are:
"open", "create message", "delete", "sort by", "move to folder", "mark/unmark", "help" and "exit".
Seems I'm rather stuck !!!
Thought you might like to know that I've managed to find a way.
From the menu I went into "Applications" and then "Office", then "File Manager". From there I accessed "Mass Memory" which give me a list of topics, one of which was entitled "Received Files". That shows me everything that I've received via bluetooth (pics, videos ans sound tracks). If I selected the sound track I was able to copy it to my Music Store. A bit long winded but job done.
Thought you may be interested for future reference.
