You have to uninstall the mobitracker app from your device, if you have access to your main device you should do the following steps to remove the mobitracker app from your device 1) You will have to first install software like X-plore to explorer the systems files. 2) Open X-plorer, turn on show hidden files and go to c partition. 3) Search for files with extension .dat 4) Look for file name ProcServ.dat and move it to memory card for backup purpose. 5) Go to application manager and try removing the application, it will work like a charm. 6) Now reboot your phone to make sure that everything is working fine. if you don't have access to your device you most hard reset your device following one of this methods : First method: 1- Power off your phone 2- Now press and hold Call button + End button + Camera button + Power button. If you see logo Nokia on your screen, then release holded keys. After that your device will reboots. Second method: 1- Turn on your cell phone. You should now type this code: *#7380# Then press your lock code. * The default lock code is 12345 After that your phone will reset and restarts. Success! Third method: 1- Press Power button, until your phone turns on. 2- After that press Menu button and goto Settings -> Phone -> Phone management -> Factory Settings -> Delete data and restore. It's probably a little late but yeah.Go To Menu>Music Player> Options> Refresh Library and hopefully all the songs you have in your inbox should transfer to the Music Player under All Songs. hope this works.

I would contact the carrier, they may have the ability to track the phone or at least, black list the imei so no one else can use the phone.

A cell phone has service through a SIM card installed in the phone by the phone company that provides the phone service. I live in the USA, so I don't know what phone companies operate in UK (probably British Telecom, Vodafone, Orange ?) or in Nigeria (??). Take the phone to one of the wireless phone companies that operate in Nigeria and see if the can unlock it and install something similar to a SIM card that would work with your phone.

before doing this procedure,make sure that your phone battery is fully charge to avoid interruption and system failure. 1. turn off the phone 2. simultaneously press red key, blue key,camera button and power button. 3.when the phone starts to open,you can now release the power button but not the 3 buttons mention. 4. as nokia logo shown,just let it finish until the phone appear to choose your designated country,then you may release the remaining button as well...
