With Quickbooks Pro 2007 I can print checks in single user mode but not in multi user mode (we have 5 licenses). Thus to print a check everyone must shut their Quickbooks I must switch to single user mode print then re-switch to multi user and everyone can go back on. Of course this is extremely disrubptive. We were all able to print at one time but as of 4 weeks now we don't know why we can only print checks on single user mode. Can you tell us how to resolve this?

If you have two QUICKBOOKS pro LICENSES you can access the same file from two computers. You will not be able to open the same account of each file ex same client. Verify that you are under multiuser under "file".
