RCA Opal M4002 locked keys

Somehow I've locked the keys... I don't have the users manuals anymore. how can I unlock them?

Do u have the hold button switched up? If so just switch it down to unlock the keys.

You need to actually get the newer software/drivers from the RCA website and THEN it is compatible - they are not explicit in the FAQ about this.

The same thing happened to me.(I have a different model but I'm sure you can solve it the same) Go to the website and download the frimware thing and it will completly clean your MP3 of data you added. At least it did for me.
