Hello,

how long have you been using this player? The problem should be from the lens (laser).

The lens is weak and that's why it cannot read/load Cd's. The weak lens is also what's making it say error and no disc.

Get a lens cleaner and use it to clean the lens, but if the lens still does the same thing even after using the lens cleaner, then it means you would have to change the whole lens completely to a brand new one.

By so doing your player would play all Cd's with no problem at all.

3. Player will reset and requested region code will be set.

To set the player to RCE proof region free
1. Be sure players drive is empty (nodISC)
2. Enter following key sequence using remote control:

3. Player will reset and set to "region-free" and "RCE-free" mode

To restore players factory region code

My Samsung Blu ray player now reads "noDisc" whenever I put a standard or blu-ray dvd in it and it will not play. Any thoughts?
Could be a dirty laserlens or a defective laserunit.Try cleaning might help.Never look in the laserlens while the set tries to read a disc when the there is no disc inside.

No disc error video and audio cd works only dvd gets nodisc error
Hi there,

Did you try to test it and play another using another disc?

You may try to clean the optical lens of the unit using a optical disc cleaner available on any electronic shop, it seems that the drive lens is dirty and can't recognize the disc inserted.
