Need security certificate for hard drive

This is because you are using a self-signed cert. The only way you will get the warning to go away is either add the self-signed cert as trusted in your browser or you will need to go to a certificate authority and buy a trusted cert. These cost around $60-120 per year. Go Daddy is an issuer of certificates.

Check first the clock on your computer. It must be up to date.
Or to disable the security certificate on Google Chrome, follow the instructions below:
When you use Chrome's Options > Manage Certificates > Import where are you placing the certificate? On the "Certificate Store" screen of the import, choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and browse for "Trusted Root Certification Authorities." Restart Chrome
