Main problem is that the game is to dusty (or the gameboy itself) and I recommend
#1: Blow into the hole in the game and the Gameboy Advance SP
#2: Firmly push the game inside and the on switch too
#3: Ask a specialist

My gameboy startup screen is the startup screen for the gameboy color

That's normal. The gba will play all three generations of game boy games. The start up screen that comes up is that of whichever cartridge you are putting in.

I just got a used game boy color version of super mario deluxe and i opened the package and put the cartridge in my gba sp and right after the gameboy logo scrolls the screen while showing a solid nintendo...

hopefully you already figured this out but that usually just means you put the game in slightly wrong. the games can get touchy in their old age, happens with pretty much all my GBC games I have now. just try blowing in the open end of the game, insert it again and hope for the best. keep trying, it'll work eventually.

My GBA SP turns on but wont go beyond the gqmeboy Logo !

Unfortunately there are no gameboys that have memory "built in", so they device you have is either an imitation gameboy or a gameboy loaded with "hacked / illegal" software. Unfortunately these are very flaky and are known to have issues. You may want to talk to whoever you purchased it from, but it is definitely not a regular gameboy.

No image on Gameboy Advance SP

It is possible to buy another Screen for the GBASP, however it would probably be less work and less trouble just to go to your local Gamestop and buy a new SP for 40 bucks.

Will not play SP games

Did you clean the contacts on the game as well as the system? You may also try setting the GBA back to it's factory settings by turning it on and holding down L,R,A,B and Start
