To remove a caller from block/reject list, please go to the caller ID of the person in your contacts and scroll down to click on the unblock option.
On an iPhone with iOS9
Home Page - Bottom Icon / Phone / Recent /
Choose phone number or person from list
Touch the letter i in Circle (Eye-Circle)
Push text details all the way up
At the bottom is Block / Unblock this Caller
OR
Home Page - Bottom Icon / Phone / Contacts
Choose Contact you want to unblock
Go right to bottom
Block / Unblock this Caller
This indicates blocked callers, or callers on "auto reject" list. To unblock, go into settings, call settings, contacts, then simply go to unblock caller or remove from auto reject list option...
go to menu, then select settings icon. Scroll to call settings(option 7). Select all calls. go to auto block(option 2). select off, then highlight word Block. Press the OK button on phone to bring up list of numbers that are blocked. highlight the number to unblock, press option and select delete. this will unblock the number and allow them to call you again.
