Hi,

I tried to Contact Different Vendors as well as searched Different Websites and Forums, However, i do not see any Manual available for this Model. The only option would be to Contact Local Supplier or Manufacturer to get the Manual, if available.

http://www.mauricelacroix.com/#FIND%20A%20RETAILER%20OR%20A%20SERVICE%20CENTER

You would be able to Find the Closest Retailer, Distributor and Service Center. You could Contact them and Request the same.

Let me know,if needed further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Do you know how to remove the back of a Maurice Lacroix watch LC1098? . Thanks!

Try using a razor blade to prise it open if it does not require a tool to open it ....if it is a genuine timepiece it should simply pop open I have an old stlye ML an it just pops open with a little effort revealing its jewelled movement.

Replaced battery in my maurice laroix watch with a good brand battery it will not work crown is in correct position , watch has been standing for some time .....help

After replacing battery watch should be reset! Short the 2 contacts that are next to each other on the board, using a metal object. This is very safe!!!. Now you can set watch.

I inherited a Maurice Lacroix watch from my dad, it does not operate at the moment. My local jewellers want a considerable amonunt of money to check if it needs a new battery, because there is a difficult...

Maurice Lacroix is a good watch make and its not a good idea to attempt to take off a watch back without knowing what you are dooing.I see many watches damaged by people attempting their own repairs its just not worth it.You say the jeweller wants a considerable amount of money just to see if it needs a battery, what most jewellers will do is quote a battery price up front,if it is a battery thats what you pay.If it isnt the battery there is nothing to pay and they will estimate for further work.
Check ot www.rolexrepairs.co.uk there is a postal battery service so it will only be 2 or 3 days.

Reset chronograph

Hi, I had the same problem and was able to fix it by reading the manual:

Basic Settings for the chronograph hand -
After changing the battery, or in exceptional circumstances, following incorrect operation, it is necessary to reset the Chrono indicator to zero (starting time).
- Leave the winder in Position 1 (pushed all the way in)
- Press button H (top) and button I (bottom) at the same time
- Now set the 30 minute (small hand) counter to zero by pressing/holding button I (bottom button)
- You can now set the 60 second counter to zero by pressing/holding button H (top button).

This worked for me... it took me a while to figure it out, but that

The seconda had does not stop at the top of the watch. It stops at the "2" and I need to reset it to stop at the "12".

Pull out crown to the date setting position and then push and hold upper push button (at 2 o'clock). Adjust hand and push the crown back in. After that adjust time and date if necessary. Rate me, plz.

Maurice lacroix lady's wristwatch, I have replaced the battery but cannot seat the back , is there a procedure to follow?

You are right - there is the procedure to follow. First - you have to align the groove for stem. Second - a lot of pressure. I doubt you can do it without a special case back closing tool. If you are not successful, there is no other way, but to ask for help at your nearest watch repair shop.

I have an Oris BC3 which was never a great time keeper; gaining or losing 5-10 seconds per day. Recently, it started to gain at an alarming rate and I took it to be cleaned and regulated at a watch...

Take your watch back to the watchmaker and ask to regulate the watch again. After a decent repair watch shouldn't loose or gain that much and if properly regulated and tested can keep good time. ORIS is using the same Swiss made ETA movements as Tag Heuer, Ebel, Montblanc, Tissot, Maurice Lacroix etc. These are very good mechanical movements and can be adjusted to allmost perfect timekeeping.
