This board is also known as K8MM-V.
If you go here: Support For K8MM
Then you will find four tabs toward the bottom of the page, the second of which says Drivers. Clicking on this will give you a box further down which is a drop down menu to select your Operating System. Once you have done this there will be a list of all the drivers for this board and you can download whichever ones you want. You should note that this is quite an old board and it does not appear to support any OS above Vista 64bit as there are no drivers for Windows 7 or higher. Also with only 2Gb RAM maximum supported (according to the manual) I doubt its capability to run Win 7 or higher.

MSI introduced Live Update a while ago and it has worked great for me so far. Live update is a software which runs on your computer which you can use to automatically detect your hardware and get the latest drivers. If you cannot run Live Update on your computer, use one of the following links:
