Sounds like a vacuum leak coming from either the HVAC controls or the brake booster. Does the noise get louder or change pitch when you depress the brake pedal? If so then you need a new power brake booster. If not then check for cracked or broken vacuum lines under the dash.

The game is broken.

It sounds like the disc is broken. Blu-ray disks are scratch resistant, but if they have even the tiniest of cracks or dings, the disc is often unplayable. It is usually characterized by the weird sounds you're hearing when you try to load the game.

Take the disc into bright light and check the underside very carefully, looking for any sign of a hairline crack. Even if you can't find a crack, my suggestion is to return it for a different disc, as it seems probable that the game is broken.

A broken screen isn't something which can be repaired with a software upgrade. There are two types of broken screens. An internally broken screen is where the image on the screen looks cracked, even though there is no physical signs of abuse. It will turn on but you'll see all these funny colors come onto the screen. An externally broken screen is basically if you took that laptop and dropped it onto something hard. You wouldn't get an image, you'd just hear some noise from the power supply.
Your best bet if you have a broken screen is to take it to a service technician to see what a screen replacement will cost. If the laptop still works you can also plug an external monitor into it. This won't let you use it so easily on the go, but at least you'll be able to use it at home.

Unfortunately the panel is cracked internally can't can't be repaired the whole panel has to be replaced. most times the panel will cost as much as you paid for the set. My son cracked ours when it was only 3 weeks old it doesn't take much force to ruin one.
