Try CPR in New York City. They are faster than the manufacturer, and cheaper! They have a usual turnaround of 3-5 business days. And if you become a fan on their facebook page, mention it and you will get a 10% discount.

Here is the link to their facebook page, it has all the info you need.

Try taking the battery out for a minute. Then put it back in...it should reload on it's own.

SOURCE: My Blackberry Curve 8310 has white screen with 507..plz help

You have no operating system on the phone. You will need to download desktop manager from Blackberry and then reload the operating system for your phone from the service provider.

SOURCE: how do i reset blackberry curve 8330 to factory settings

This is not a software problem.

The camera got knock off contact inside the Blackberry from shipping and daily use.

There is a EZ fix and you can give it a try.

1)Power off the BlackBerry

2)take the back cover off //take the battery out

3)clean the camera with a DRY clean cloth

4)apply gentle pressure around the camera
you may or may not hear a popping sound
this is the sound the camera making contact with the socket.

REMEMBER USE LIGHT PRESSURE

5)place battery and cover back on

6)power on the Blackberry

7)try the camera function

IF YOU ARE GETTING off color or ghost like pic then you are half way there!

Good luck

Half of the screen is completely white. I can still recieve calls and everything, it's just I can't SEE where everything is.

Sounds like you have a broken LCD screen. Somebody needs to open your blackberry to replace it. Go to your provider, they might replace the phone for you. If they refuse and If you want somebody else to do it for you go to Blackberry Repair. If you want to do it yourself, here is a Blackberry curve Repair Guide that shows how.

Broken screen

It should be taken into AT&T and find out what your options are. If you have insurance for your Blackberry, you should be able to get it replaced after the deductible.

Camera problems

I would switch the screen to full screen in options and then adjust the settings to superfine.
