How To Replace Ink On My QL 570 Label Printer

Do you mean the Brother QL-570? If so, this is a thermal printer and uses thermal paper in a DK roll. The print head heats the paper to print the characters. The material in the roll will clean the print head during printing. This assumes that the roll was installed properly. You do need to run a roller cleaner through the printer as part of the routine maintenance. See the documentation here: https://support.brother.com/g/b/manualtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=lpql570eus . See page 15 on either the Set Up a& Operation Guide or the User Manual.

I have lost my camera book and need help .when I try to print pics at Walgreens computer will not load pics.it says no photos available.but I can take pics fine and look at them on cf card in camera b

You may download the manual and more from here.

Are you possibly shooting pictures in RAW format? Photo kiosks such as those at Walgreens won't recognize Canon RAW photos, only JPEGs. Check the camera's image quality settings, as described beginning on page 60 of the manual.

I have a HP Designjet100 Plus. The black went from ok to light to nothing. I have cleaned the printer head manually and thru the maintainance setting on the machine. Any suggestions? Do i need to buy a new...

You can try to disassemble the printhead and check for contamination.
First remove cap 1
xamazedx_0.jpg
than using a small flat screwdriver disassemble printhead (engagement points 2 and 3)

xamazedx_1.jpg

Warning - a printhead is filled with 8 ml ink

After disassembly - clean the printhead with fluid compatible with pigment ink (for black color) or compatible with water based ink (color printheads)

during reassembly - don't forget to fill the printhead with ink (2/3 of its volume)

Checking the Print Head Nozzles
If your printouts are faint or have gaps in them, some of the nozzles in the print
head may be clogged or ink may be running low in one or more of the ink
cartridges. Follow the steps below to check the print head nozzles.
1. Load letter-size paper in the sheet feeder.
2. Turn off the NX100 Series.
3. Hold down the y Stop button as you press the P On button to turn the
NX100 Series back on. Hold down both buttons until the P On light begins
to flash, then release the buttons.
Cleaning the Print Head 21
4. Check the nozzle check pattern that prints to see if there are gaps in the lines.
5. If there are no gaps, the print head is clean. If there are gaps or the pattern is
faint, clean the print head as described in the next section.
Cleaning the Print Head
If print quality has declined and the nozzle check pattern indicates clogged
nozzles, you can clean the print head. Print head cleaning uses ink, so clean it only
if necessary.
Note:
You cannot clean the print head if an ink cartridge is expended, and you may not be able
to clean it when a cartridge is low. You must replace the cartridge first (see page 23).
1. Make sure the NX100 Series is on and the B ink light is off.
2. Hold down the y Stop button for three seconds to start the cleaning cycle,
which lasts around one minute.
Caution:
Never turn off the NX100 Series during head cleaning or you may damage it.
3. When the P On light stops flashing, run a nozzle check (as described on
page 20) to verify that the print head is clean.
4. If there are still gaps or lines, or the test patterns are faint, run another
cleaning cycle and check the nozzles again.
Note:
If you don’t see any improvement after cleaning the print head two times, turn off your
NX100 Series and wait at least six hours to let any dried ink soften. Then try cleaning
the print head again. If quality does not improve, one of the ink cartridges may need to
be replaced. If that doesn’t help, contact Epson as described on page 31.
If you do not use your NX100 Series often, it is a good idea to print a few pages at least
once a month to maintain good print quality.
Good Luck and Please rate me.

Cannon MP510 printer has Error, - The type of print head

I solved this on mine by removing and reinstalling the print head.
1. Remove and set aside the ink cartidges (don't make a mess)
2. lift the gray print head lock lever that is to the left of where the ink cartridges go.
3. Lift out the print head out without touching the ink ports inside, the contacts on the back, or the print nozzles on the bottom. The print head is the grey thing with circular ink ports that seat the ink cartridges. there are good pictures in the PDF of the Easy Setup Instructions available on the Canon Printer website. Look under the printer, then support, then downloads: http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/0900002776/mp510_esi_us_v2.pdf .
4. Put the print head back in, lock the lever, reinstall the cartridges in the roper positions. And voila!
If this doesn't work you may actually need a new print head.

Printer has new ink but does not print even though it sound like it is printing.

what kind of printer? Laser or Ink Jet? If it is ink jet, your print heads might be clogged and need severe cleaning or replacement. If you have the manual it should tell you where exactly your print heads are located. If not, search your printers manual online. If you CAN access your printheads, clean the print heads gently with a cotton swap using rubbing alcohol. do not over wet the cotton swab or print heads as too much alcohol could damage the print heads. If the print heads are very hard to get to and the print needs to be disassembled to access them, it is cheaper and worth it to get a new printer otherwise you could damage something else inside the printer.

If the printer is a Laser machine and you inserted a new cartridge and it is not printing, your Drum unit could be expired or your heat rollers. Drum units are sold online from $50 - $300 depending on the model of the machine. Heat rollers are not worth installing unless you know what you are doing.

Phaser 8500 reservoir heater took too long 13,266.44 error

Most likely you have a bad print head. There is an outside chance that the electronics module is bad, but with the monitors acting as you describe, I would say the print head heater is malfunctioning of the sensor is defective. Either way you have to replace the print head. No uncommon.
